1.Characteristics

(1) It’s with the merits of fast forming speed, large output capacity, reliable performance, PLC automatic control and convenient operation. With 7-10 pieces per minute(the speed could adjust as you wish), it is the highest speed in the current “Mould Pressing Encaustic Concrete Tile Equipment”. (No oscillating cylinder) the rate of finished products is high.

(2) The cement tiles made of the mortar concrete with press-filtering molding are with the perfect structure.  The machine is forged by the ductile cast iron without welding. (Massiveness, hardiness and the “body” will not deformation by welding)  

(3) The machine is with multi-purpose. By changing molds, it could be used to produce master tile, ridge tile, edge tile, drain-tile, etc. In addition, it could also be used to produce various top-grade color floor tile, including terrazzo tile, bathing tile, etc.

Our products have upgraded to " water jet " system (which is a numerical control and high-pressure "water jet" devices, diesel oil + water when making),so use "Water-based mold release oil" could save a lot of "diesel" . for example, if make 3000pcs tiles, then can save RMB120.00 diesel, so you can save thousands of RMB each year. ("Water-based mold release oil" can be work effectively between -100°C to 100 °C)

mixing scale:100g oil+15kgs water +5kg diesel (for this mixing could make 3000pcs tiles).
